My research focus is primarily on the design of business processes and the design of information systems.
More specifically I am interested in the representation, classification, analysis, and design of organizational processes, and the role that information systems can play in creating novel and hopefully more effective processes.
Related interests include: systems analysis; new organizational forms; coordination theory; computer supported cooperative work; information technology-enabled distributed design.
